Case Study: Election in a Room

Public First was commissioned by The Times to conduct a new, large-scale study of voter political and policy attitudes in the lead-up to the UK 2019 General Election. Working with Manchester University, Public First assembled 100 voters who represented the geography, demography, and political make up of the country and conducted a series of focus groups and deliberative events to uncover views, instincts, and likely behaviours.  The report was extensively covered in The Times, who have continued to work with Public First on opinion research related to complex public policy issues and decisions.
